Casserole with cottage cheese and raisins

Ingredients:

500 g cottage cheese
3 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g raisins
100 ml milk
2 tbsp. semolina
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. butter (to grease the mold)
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, milk, semolina and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Add the raisins and mix again.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter.
Spread the curd mixture into the prepared mold and smooth the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, until the casserole is golden and risen.
Allow the casserole to cool slightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
